用参苓白术散加减治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性浅表性胃炎的临床效果分析

Clinical study of Dialectically Adjusted Dosage of Shenlin Baizhu Powder in Treatment of Chronic Superficial Gastritis for Patients with Spleen and Stomach Deficiency

目的 :探讨用参苓白术散加减治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性浅表性胃炎的临床效果。方法 :对2012年12~2013年12月期间我院消化内科收治的170例脾胃虚弱型慢性浅表性胃炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。我院按照随机数表法将这170例患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各有85例患者。我院对对照组患者使用西医三联药物疗法进行治疗,对观察组患者使用参苓白术散加减进行治疗,然后比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 :这两组患者在接受治疗后,观察组患者治疗的总有效率、Hp的清除率以及病情的复发率均明显优于对照组患者,差异显著(p<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论 :用参苓白术散加减治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性浅表性胃炎的临床效果显著,可有效地提高患者的治疗效果,并降低其病情的复发率。此法值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To investigate clinical effects of dialectically adjusted dosage of Shenlin Baizhu Powder in treatment of chronic superficial gastritis for patients with spleen and stomach deficiency. Methods 170 patients with chronic superficial gastritis for spleen and stomach deficiency type were chosen and randomly divided into 2 groups including control group(85 patients) with triple drug treatment of western medicine used alone and observation group(85 patients) with dialectically adjusted dosage of Shenlin Baizhu Powder on the basis of control group; and the clinical efficiency, negative rate of Hp infection and recurrence rate with following-up of both groups were compared. Results The clinical efficacy of observation group was significant better than control group(p<0.05). The negative rate of Hp infection of observation group was significant better than control group(p<0.05). The recurrence rate of Hp infection of observation group was significant better than control group(p<0.05). Conclusion Dialectically adjusted dosage of Shenlin Baizhu Powder in treatment of chronic superficial gastritis for patients with spleen and stomach deficiency can efficiently relieve gastrointestinal symptoms, improve effects of Hp eradication and reduce recurrence risk.
