用疏血通治疗无症状性脑梗死的疗效研究

To observe the curative effect of Shuxuetong injections treat 30 cases of asymptomatic cerebral infarction

目的 :探讨用疏血通治疗无症状性脑梗死的临床效果。方法 :对2010年3月~2013年5月期间我院收治的50例无症状性脑梗死患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。将这50例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组有20例患者,观察组有30例患者。为对照组患者使用低分子右旋糖酐注射液进行治疗,为观察组患者使用疏血通注射液进行治疗。然后,比较两组患者的治疗效果及其MMSE(简易智力状况检查法)的评分。结果 :经过治疗,观察组患者治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组患者,二者相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。观察组患者的MMSE评分明显高于对照组患者,二者相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 :用疏血通治疗无症状性脑梗死的疗效显著,可明显改善其临床症状,提高其MMSE评分。此疗法值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective: To observe the curative effect of Shuxuetong injection in treatment of cerebral infarction patients without symptoms. Methods: In accordance with its order of admission, 50 patients were divided into the observation group(n=30) and control group(n=20), to the 30 cases of the observation group patients take the Shuxuetong injection with normal saline for intravenous therapy; the control group patients was created by low molecular dextran injection therapy. 2 weeks for a course of treatment, in the two groups were observed after a course of treatment, the curative effect and the changes of cognitive function in patients with. Results: The rate of improvement of the observation group(93%) than that in the control group far improvement rate(40%), two were compared, the difference was significant(P<0.05); the patients in the two groups after treatment than before treatment MMSE score was improved and MMSE scores after treatment were compared between two groups, and higher in the treatment of the patients in the control group the observation group score score, two groups, the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The curative effect of treatment of Shuxuetong significantly in patients without cerebral infarction symptom.
