对急性阑尾炎患者进行术后心理护理的效果分析

目的 :探讨对急性阑尾炎患者进行术后心理护理的临床效果。方法 :对2012年10月~2014年10月期间我院收治的80例急性阑尾炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。我们将这80例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各有40例患者。我院对这些患者均进行阑尾切除术。手术结束后,对对照组患者进行常规护理,对观察组患者在进行常规护理的基础上(方法与对照组相同),进行心理护理。护理结束后,分别使用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)对两组患者术后48h的情绪状态和疼痛情况进行比较,并比较两组患者术毕至排气的时间、住院的时间。结果:护理结束后,观察组患者的SAS评分、SDS评分及VAS评分均低于对照组患者,二者相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。观察组患者术毕至排气的时间短于对照组患者,二者相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。观察组患者住院的时间短于对照组患者,二者相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 :对急性阑尾炎患者进行术后心理护理的效果显著。此护理方法值得在临床上推广应用。
