摘要
目的 :对比分析用MRI与CT诊断腰椎间盘突出症的准确性。方法 :选取2014年1月至2014年12月间我院收治的被确诊患有腰椎间盘突出症的患者50例作为研究对象,分别对其进行MRI检查和CT检查,然后将用这两种检查方法诊断腰椎间盘突出症的准确性进行回顾性的对比分析。结果 :与用CT检查相比,用MRI检查诊断腰椎间盘突出症的准确性更高,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论 :进行CT检查与进行MRI检查均是临床上对腰椎间盘突出症进行诊断的常用方法,均具有较高的临床价值,并且各具优缺点。但相较而言,用MRI检查诊断腰椎间盘突出症的准确性更高,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the effect and value of MRI and CT in diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation.. Methods: 2014 January to December 2014 in our hospital during the period of lumbar disc herniation were 50 cases, respectively of patients underwent MRI and CT diagnosis, the diagnostic effect of two diagnostic methods were compared. Results: the accuracy of MRI was higher than that of the control group compared with the pathological results of the patients, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation with CT and MRI has a high clinical value, and the two diagnostic methods have some advantages and disadvantages, but compared to MRI diagnostic testing accuracy is higher.
