摘要
目的 :探究用腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗卵巢囊肿的临床效果。方法 :对2012年10月~2015年3月期间我院收治的100例卵巢囊肿患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。我院使用腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术对这100例患者进行了治疗。治疗结束后,观察这100例患者手术的成功率和卵巢储备功能下降的发生率,同时比较他们手术前、手术3个月后及手术6个月后促卵泡激素的水平和黄体生成素的水平。结果 :这100例患者手术的成功率为100%,其手术后卵巢储备功能下降的发生率为12%。她们手术3个月后及手术6个月后促卵泡激素的水平和黄体生成素的水平与治疗前相比大体相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 :用腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗卵巢囊肿具有手术成功率高、并发症发生率低和不会对患者卵巢功能造成明显影响等优点。因此,该手术疗法可作为临床上治疗卵巢囊肿的优选方法。
Purpose To explore the effect of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy for ovarian reserve.Methods October 2012- March 2015 100 cases of ovarian cysts, treatment for its laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy, and comparative analysis of its preoperative and postoperative ovarian reserve. Results 12.00% after tumors were diminished ovarian reserve, 88.00% of patients at normal levels of ovarian reserve. Conclusions Laparoscopic ovarian cancer patients administered ovarian cystectomy treatment, can reduce the incidence of repeated coagulation of retention in patients with normal ovarian tissue and reduce the incidence of functional decline has a very positive meaning.
