用输尿管镜钬激光碎石术与体外冲击波碎石术治疗输尿管结石的疗效对比 被引量:8

摘要 目的 :对比分析用输尿管镜钬激光碎石术与体外冲击波碎石术治疗输尿管结石的临床效果。方法 :对近年来我院收治的50例输尿管结石患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。将这50例患者随机分为Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组,每组各有25例患者。我院对Ⅰ组患者使用输尿管镜钬激光碎石术进行治疗,对Ⅱ组患者使用体外冲击波碎石术进行治疗。然后比较两组患者的手术时间、术后1个月结石的排净率及术后并发症的发生情况。结果 :Ⅰ组患者手术的平均时间明显短于Ⅱ组患者,Ⅰ组患者术后一个月结石的排净率明显高于Ⅱ组患者,Ⅰ组患者术后并发症的发生例数明显少于Ⅱ组患者,二者相比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 :与使用体外冲击波碎石术相比,用输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石的临床效果更好。
