微信平台支持下的O2O教学模式在对眼科实习护士进行护理带教中的应用价值 被引量:11

摘要 目的 :探讨微信平台支持下的O2O教学模式在对眼科实习护士进行护理带教中的应用价值。方法 :将2017年6月至2018年6月期间在重庆医科大学附属第二医院眼科实习的80名护士作为研究对象。将这80名实习护士分为常规组和试验组,每组各有40名实习护士。为常规组实习护士采用传统的教学模式进行护理带教,为试验组实习护士采用微信平台支持下的O2O教学模式进行护理带教。然后,比较两组实习护士眼科护理理论知识考核的成绩、护理操作技能考核的成绩及其对教学模式的满意率。结果 :实习结束后,与常规组实习护士相比,试验组实习护士眼科护理理论知识考核的成绩、护理操作技能考核的成绩及其对教学模式的总满意率均更高,P <0.05。结论 :微信平台支持下的O2O教学模式在对眼科实习护士进行护理带教中的应用价值较高。 Objective:To explore the application value of O2O teaching mode supported by WeChat platform in nursing teaching of clinical nurses in ophthalmology.Methods:80 nurses who practiced ophthalmology in the second affiliated hospital of chongqing medical university from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as research subjects.The 80 intern nurses were divided into a routine group and an experimental group,with 40 interns in each group.For practice nurses in the conventional group,the traditional teaching mode was adopted for nursing teaching,and for practice nurses in the experimental group,the O2O teaching mode supported by WeChat platform was adopted for nursing teaching.Then,the scores of theoretical knowledge assessment,nursing operation skills assessment and satisfaction rate of teaching mode were compared between the two groups.Results:after the practice,compared with the routine group,the experimental group’s practical nursing theory knowledge assessment,nursing operation skills assessment and the overall satisfaction rate of teaching mode were all higher,P<0.05.Conclusion:the O2O teaching mode supported by WeChat platform is of high application value in nursing teaching of practical ophthalmology nurses.
