对中风后偏瘫患者进行中医特色护理对其运动功能及生命质量的影响

Effect of characteristic nursing of Chinese medicine on motor function and quality of life of patients with hemiplegia after stroke

目的 :探讨对中风后偏瘫患者进行中医特色护理对其运动功能及生命质量的影响。方法 :选取2017年2月至2018年6月期间成都市新津县中医医院收治的84例中风后偏瘫患者作为研究对象。根据护理方法的不同将这些患者分为A组(n=40)和B组(n=44)。在这些患者住院期间,均对其进行常规治疗及常规护理。在此基础上,对A组患者进行中医特色护理。然后比较两组患者Fugel-Meyer运动功能评定量表(FMA)的评分和生命质量测定量表(QLQ-C30)的评分。结果 :治护后,A组患者FMA量表的评分和QLQ-C30量表的评分均高于B组患者,P <0.05。结论 :对中风后偏瘫患者在进行常规治疗及常规护理的基础上,对其进行中医特色护理的效果较为理想,可有效地改善其肢体的运动功能,提高其生命质量。

objective:to explore the influence of TCM characteristic nursing on motor function and life quality of patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods:84 patients with hemiplegia after stroke admitted to xinjin county hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in chengdu from February 2017 to June 2018 were selected as research objects.According to different nursing methods,these patients were divided into group A(n=40)and group B(n=44).Routine treatment and routine care were given to these patients during their hospitalization.On this basis,patients in group A were given TCM characteristic nursing.Then,the scores of fugel-meyer assessment scale(FMA)and qlq-c30 were compared between the two groups.Results:after treatment and care,the scores of FMA scale and qlq-c30 scale in group A were higher than those in group B,P<0.05.Conclusion:on the basis of routine treatment and routine nursing,the effect of TCM characteristic nursing for patients with hemiplegia after stroke is relatively ideal,which can effectively improve the motor function of their limbs and improve their quality of life.
