目的 :分析对热合美康宫栓进行稳定性考察试验的结果。方法 :将热合美康宫栓的性状、其中有效成分的含量、重量差异、成分、微生物限度及融变时限作为考察项目,对不同批次的热合美康宫栓进行影响因素试验、加速试验及室温留样观察试验。结果 :对热合美康宫栓进行稳定性考察试验的各项参数均符合标准。结论 :热合美康宫栓的稳定性符合标准,应将该栓剂放到阴凉干燥处避光保存。

objective:to analyze the results of the stability test of thermal compound meicang uterine suppository.Methods:the characters,contents of active ingredients,weight difference,composition,microbial limit and melting time of thermal compound meicang palace suppository were investigated,and the influencing factors test,acceleration test and room temperature observation test were carried out on different batches of thermal compound meicang palace suppository.Results:all the parameters of the stability test of meicang palace suppository met the standard.Conclusion:the stability of thermal compound meicang palace suppository conforms to the standard.
