对40例手指末节离断患者进行显微镜下末节断指再植术的效果探究

The effect of replantation of severed ends of fingers under microscope was studied in 40 cases

目的 :探讨对40例手指末节离断患者进行显微镜下末节断指再植术的临床效果。方法 :选择2017年5月至2018年5月期间四川现代医院收治的40例手指末节离断患者作为研究对象。对这40例患者均进行显微镜下末节断指再指术,然后观察其治疗的效果。结果 :这40例患者均手术成功,其断指再植的成活率为100%。术后这40例患者均未出现创面感染、手指坏死、骨不连等并发症。术后1年其断指两点辨别感觉试验的平均距离为(4.63±0.35)mm,其断指指甲的平均长度为(15.12±2.61)mm,其断指远端关节的平均活动度为(63.21±4.10)°,其断指肌腱总主动活动度的平均评分为(13.38±1.65)分。结论 :对手指末节离断患者进行显微镜下末节断指再植术的效果显著,可促进其断指功能的恢复,且其术后并发症的发生率较低,手术的安全性较高。

objective:to investigate the clinical effect of replantation of 40 patients with severed ends of fingers under microscope.Methods:40 patients with severed ends of fingers admitted to sichuan modern hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected as research objects.All the 40 patients were treated with distal segment fingertip refingertip under microscope,and then the therapeutic effect was observed.Results:all the 40 cases were successfully operated,and the survival rate of replantation of severed finger was 100%.None of the 40 patients had wound infection,finger necrosis,bone nonunion and other complications.One year after the operation,the average distance between the two points of the severed finger was(4.63±0.35)mm,the average length of the severed finger nail was(15.12±2.61)mm,the average range of motion of the distal joint of the severed finger was(63.21±4.10)°,and the average score of total active range of motion of the severed finger tendon was(13.38±1.65)points.Conclusion:the replantation of the severed ends of fingers under microscope has a significant effect on the recovery of the function of the severed ends of fingers,and the incidence of postoperative complications is relatively low and the operation safety is relatively high.
