摘要
目的 :分析用经尿道等离子前列腺剜除术治疗超大体积前列腺增生的临床效果。方法 :将2016年9月至2018年9月期间四川省攀枝花市中心医院收治的98例超大体积前列腺增生患者依据手术方式的不同分为电切术组和剜除术组。采用经尿道前列腺电切术对电切术组患者进行治疗,采用经尿道等离子前列腺剜除术对剜除术组患者进行治疗。治疗结束后,对比两组患者手术相关的指标和术后并发症的发生情况。结果 :与电切术组患者相比,剜除术组患者手术持续的时间、进行膀胱冲洗的时间和住院的时间均较短,其术中的出血量较少,其前列腺电切综合征、膀胱颈痉挛、尿道狭窄、暂时性尿失禁等术后并发症的总发生率较低,P <0.05。结论 :采用经尿道等离子前列腺剜除术对超大体积前列腺增生患者进行治疗可显著缩短其手术持续的时间,减少其术中的出血量,降低其术后并发症的发生率,从而可加快其康复的速度。
objective:to analyze the clinical effect of transurethral plasma prostatic enucleation in the treatment of hypervolume prostatic hyperplasia.Methods:from September 2016 to September 2018,98 patients with extra-large prostate hyperplasia admitted to panzhihua central hospital in sichuan province were divided into electrotomy group and enucleation group according to different surgical methods.Patients were treated by transurethral resection of prostate and plasma enucleation of prostate were treated by transurethral plasma enucleation of prostate.After the end of treatment,the surgical indicators and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results:compared with the electricity cut method group of patients,gouge out in addition to the group of patients with operation and continuous bladder irrigation time,shorter time and hospitalization time,the less blood loss in the operation of the prostate syndrome,bladder neck spasm,urethral stricture,temporary incontinence of a lower incidence of postoperative complications of the total,P<0.05).Conclusion:the treatment of patients with hypertrophy of prostate by transurethral plasma enucleation can significantly shorten the duration of operation,reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,so as to speed up their recovery.
