Diabetes is a common endocrine system disease in clinic.Pruritus is a common complication in diabetic patients.Diabetic skin pruritus belongs to the category of'wind pruritus'in traditional Chinese medicine.This paper mainly discusses the pathogenesis of diabetes complicated with pruritus from the theory of'air and blood injury-collateralitres'and studies the methods of syndrome differentiation and treatment for this patient.
