硝酸异山梨酯联合环磷腺苷葡胺治疗老年心绞痛的效果分析

Effect analysis of isosorbide nitrate combined with adenosine glucamine in the treatment of senile angina pectoris

目的:探讨用硝酸异山梨酯联合环磷腺苷葡胺治疗老年心绞痛的临床效果。方法:将2017年1月至2018年9月重庆市九龙坡区九龙社区卫生服务中心接诊的83例老年心绞痛患者随机分为对照组(n=42)与观察组(n=41)。用硝酸异山梨酯对对照组患者进行治疗,用硝酸异山梨酯联合环磷腺苷葡胺对观察组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者血浆Hs-CRP和D-D的水平、治疗的总有效率及其不良反应的发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组患者血浆Hs-CRP和D-D的水平均低于对照组患者,P <0.05。观察组患者治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者,P <0.05。用药期间,两组患者不良反应的发生率相比,P>0.05。结论:用硝酸异山梨酯联合环磷腺苷葡胺对老年心绞痛患者进行治疗可显著改善其血浆Hs-CRP和D-D的水平,降低其心绞痛发作的频率,且用药的安全性较高。

objective:to investigate the clinical effect of isosorbide nitrate combined with adenosine glucamine in the treatment of senile angina pectoris.Methods:from January 2017 to September 2018,83 elderly patients with angina pectoris treated by Kowloon community health service center in jiulongpo district,chongqing were randomly divided into control group(n=42)and observation group(n=41).Patients in the control group were treated with isosorbide nitrate and patients in the observation group were treated with isosorbide nitrate combined with cyclic adenosine glucamine.Then the plasma hs-crp and d-d levels,the total effective rate of treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results:after treatment,the plasma hs-crp and d-d levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group,P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was P>0.05.Conclusion:isosorbide nitrate combined with adenosine glucamine can significantly improve the plasma hs-crp and d-d levels in elderly patients with angina pectoris,and reduce the frequency of angina pectoris attacks.
