联用补肾生津方和盐酸二甲双胍片治疗2型糖尿病的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of bushenshengjin prescription and metformin hydrochloride tablets on type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的:探讨联用补肾生津方和盐酸二甲双胍片治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法:将2017年6月至2018年5月期间蒲江县中医医院收治的84例2型糖尿病患者分为对照组(n=42)和观察组(n=42)。为两组患者均使用盐酸二甲双胍片进行治疗。在此基础上,为观察组患者加用补肾生津方进行治疗。然后,比较两组患者各项血糖指标的水平、治疗效果及其不良反应的发生率。结果:治疗后,与对照组患者相比,观察组患者糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)的水平、空腹血糖(FPG)的水平和餐后2h血糖(2hPG)的水平均更低,其治疗的总有效率更高,P <0.05。两组患者不良反应的发生率相比,P>0.05。结论:联用补肾生津方和盐酸二甲双胍片治疗2型糖尿病的效果显著,可有效地控制患者血糖的水平,且安全性较高。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of combining bushenshengjin prescription and metformin hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods:84 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to pujiang county hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from June 2017 to May 2018 were divided into control group(n=42)and observation group(n=42).Metformin hydrochloride tablets were used for treatment in both groups.On this basis,for the observation group of patients with the addition of kidney sheng jin prescription for treatment.Then,the blood glucose levels,therapeutic effects and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:after treatment,compared with the control group,patients in the observation group had lower levels of hemoglobin a1c(HbA1c),fasting blood glucose(FPG)and postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),and their total therapeutic efficiency was higher(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was P>0.05.Conclusion:the combination of bushenshengjin prescription and metformin hydrochloride tablets has a significant effect on the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus,which can effectively control the level of blood glucose in patients with high safety.
