双藤颗粒治疗复发性口腔溃疡的效果观察

Observation on the effect of shuangteng granule in treating recurrent oral ulcer

目的:观察用双藤颗粒治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床效果。方法:选取青岛大学附属医院收治的204例复发性口腔溃疡患者作为研究对象。将这些患者随机分为对照组(98例)和治疗组(106例)。为对照组患者使用冰硼含片进行治疗。为治疗组患者使用双藤颗粒进行治疗。然后,比较两组患者治疗的总有效率。结果:接受治疗后,治疗组患者治疗的总有效率(96.28%)高于对照组患者治疗的总有效率(72.04%),差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:用双藤颗粒治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床效果显著。

objective:to observe the clinical effect of shuangteng granule in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer.Methods:204 patients with recurrent oral ulcer admitted to affiliated hospital of Qingdao university were selected as research objects.The patients were randomly divided into a control group(98 cases)and a treatment group(106 cases).Patients in the control group were treated with borax lozenges.Patients in the treatment group were treated with shuangteng granule.Then,the total response rates of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:after treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group(96.28%)was higher than that of the control group(72.04%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:shuangteng granule is effective in treating recurrent oral ulcer.
