对脑血栓形成患者进行神经介入治疗的效果探讨

To explore the effect of nerve interventional therapy in patients with cerebral thrombosis

目的 :探究对脑血栓形成患者进行神经介入治疗的效果。方法 :采用随机抽签法将2018年1月至2019年1月玉田县中医医院收治的100例脑血栓形成患者分为神经介入组(50例)和常规手术组(50例)。对常规手术组患者采用常规的开颅手术进行治疗,对神经介入组患者进行神经介入治疗。然后对比两组患者治疗的效果、治疗前后其神经功能变化的情况及治疗后3个月其病情复发的情况。结果 :神经介入组患者治疗的有效率〔98%(49/50)〕高于常规手术组患者治疗的有效率〔80%(40/50)〕,P <0.05;治疗前,两组患者的NIHSS评分相比,P>0.05;治疗后,神经介入组患者的NIHSS评分低于常规手术组患者,P <0.05;在治疗后3个月内,神经介入组患者病情的复发率低于常规手术组患者,P <0.05。结论 :对脑血栓形成患者进行神经介入治疗的效果显著,能够改善其神经功能,降低其病情的复发率。

objective:to explore the effect of neural interventional therapy on patients with cerebral thrombosis.Methods:a total of 100 patients with cerebral thrombosis admitted to yutian county hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2018 to January 2019 were divided into two groups:neural intervention group(50 cases)and conventional operation group(50 cases).Patients in the conventional operation group were treated with conventional craniotomy,and patients in the nerve intervention group were treated with nerve intervention.Then,the effects of treatment,changes in neurological function before and after treatment and relapse three months after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:the effective rate(98%(49/50))of patients in the nerve intervention group was higher than that of patients in the conventional surgery group(80%(40/50)),P<0.05.Before treatment,the NIHSS score of the two groups was P>0.05.After treatment,the NIHSS score of patients in the nerve intervention group was lower than that in the conventional surgery group(P<0.05).Within 3 months after treatment,the recurrence rate of patients in the nerve intervention group was lower than that in the conventional surgery group(P<0.05).Conclusion:neurointerventional therapy can improve the neurological function and reduce the recurrence rate of cerebral thrombosis.
