血栓通联合尼可地尔治疗顽固性心绞痛的疗效观察

Observation of therapeutic effect of xueshuantong combined with nicodil in the treatment of intractable angina pectoris

目的 :观察用血栓通联合尼可地尔治疗顽固性心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 :选择河北医科大学附属沧州中西医结合医院接诊的顽固性心绞痛患者90例作为研究对象。将其随机分为观察组和对照组(45例/组)。对两组患者均进行常规治疗。在此基础上,为观察组患者加用血栓通和尼可地尔进行治疗。然后对比两组患者心绞痛症状和心电图指标的改善情况。结果 :治疗后,观察组患者心绞痛症状的改善率为89.8%(42/45),对照组患者心绞痛症状的改善率为75.5%(30/45),组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者心电图指标的改善率为87.6%(41/45),对照组患者心电图指标的改善率为69.9%(32/45),组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 :用血栓通联合尼可地尔治疗顽固性心绞痛的临床疗效确切,能够显著改善患者的心绞痛症状和心电图指标。

objective:to observe the clinical effect of treating refractory angina pectoris with xueshuantong combined with nicodil.Methods:90 cases of refractory angina pectoris treated in cangzhou hospital of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine affiliated to hebei medical university were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group(45 cases/group).Routine treatment was performed in both groups.On this basis,patients in the observation group were treated with thrombotong and nicodil.Then compare the improvement of angina pectoris symptoms and ecg indexes between the two groups.Results:after treatment,the improvement rate of angina symptoms in the observation group was 89.8%(42/45),while that in the control group was 75.5%(30/45),with statistically significant differences between groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement rate of ecg indicators in the observation group was 87.6%(41/45),and that in the control group was 69.9%(32/45),with statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:the clinical effect of treating refractory angina pectoris with xueshuantong combined with nicodil is definite,which can significantly improve the symptoms of angina pectoris and ecg indexes.
