基于组织学习的并购企业文化整合过程机理研究 被引量:1

摘要 并购已经成为我国企业成长的重要路径,但是并购之后的文化整合问题却成为导致并购失败的关键要素。在已有研究的基础上,本文从组织学习视角探讨了并购企业文化整合的过程机理,提出了"文化差异—信息共享—组织承诺"的分析框架。以大样本问卷调查数据为基础的实证研究表明,并购企业与被并购企业之间的文化差异并非仅仅意味着冲突,适度的文化差异将会有利于推进双方之间的信息共享,进而强化企业员工的组织承诺。
