On the practice of credit hour system in BIFCM

在总结北京市财贸管理干部学院近10年来实施学分制教学管理的基础上,分析学分制教学管理体制的优点和 不足,提出新建高职院校要立足实际,实行学年学分制教学管理体制改革。

Basing on a review of the practice of credit hour system in Beijing Institute of Financial and CommercialManagement (BIFCM) in the last decade, the paper discusses the achievement and deficiency of the system. It issuggested that newly established professional colleges should continue to move towards a credit hour system in lightof their own characteristics.
