介绍了武钢高炉、焦炉煤气成分波动情况 ,分析了影响高炉、焦炉混合煤气热值波动的原因 ,探讨了煤气热值波动对镀锌预热炉的能耗影响关系以及相应的改进措施。

The present paper introduces the variation of the mixed gas components in the blast furnaces and coke ovens in WISCO,analyzes the cause to the fluctuation of the heat values of the mixed gas in the blast furnaces and coke ovens and discusses the influence of the fluctuation of the gas on the energy consumption of the galvanizing preheating furnaces as well as countermeasures closely related.
