摘要
红外辐射涂料在国内外工业炉上已得到越来越多的推广应用。武钢也用了不少。近几年国内石化、钢铁行业的加热炉上也在应用日本H·R·C辐射涂料 ,为了对这种较高水平辐射涂料的使用效果有所了解 ,我们对其理化指标进行了检测 ,并在武钢热轧厂加热炉应用中 ,进行了测试和考核。可看出 ,H·R·C辐射料全辐射率较高 ,高低温粘结强度高 ,理化性能较稳定 ,有明显的节能效果。
More and more infrared coatings are applied in the industrial furnaces both at home and abroad,and the same is the case in WISCO.In the recent years the H·R·C radiation coating made in Janpan is broadly used in the reheating furnaces in China's petro-chemical and iron and steel sectors.In order to better understand the real effect of this high quality radiation coating its physical and chemical indicators have all been checked and examined and coating is put into a reheating furnace of the Hot Rolling Steel Strip Mill of WISCO to one side test and measure its actual results.Tests prove that the H·R·C radiation coating is of higher full radiation rate,higher high/low temperature bonding strength and higher stability of physical and chemical properties and is more enegy saving.
