武钢焦炭质量现状及其改善方向

Current Conditions of Coke Quality and Orientation to its Improvement

对焦炭质量的评价既要求灰分、硫分、转鼓指数M40 和M1 0 等常规指标 ,更要求焦炭在高炉内有碱金属存在条件下的高温性能CRI和CSR及焦炭显微结构中的∑ISO等指标。分析了武钢焦炭质量的现状和差距 ,提出改善武钢焦炭质量的方向和主要途径。

Evaluation and assessment on the quality of coke are not only dependent on such conventional indicators as the components of coke breeze and sulfur and index of drum rotation M 40 and M 10 ,but also on the high temperature properties CRI and CSR of the coke under the conditions that the alkali metal exists in the blast furnace as well as ∑ISO in the microstructure of the coke.The current conditions and problems of quality in the coke in WISCO are analyzed and orientation and main approah to the improvement in the coke quality pointed out.
