摘要
在综述国内外对电镀锌及锌合金镀层工艺与耐蚀性研究现状的基础上,提出了在碱性溶液中通过添加特殊络合剂,实现锌-铝合金共沉积。分析测试表明,在锌-铝合金镀层中,铝的含量为0 169~0 438wt%之间。在氯化钠溶液和人工海水中的耐蚀性是纯锌镀层的3~4倍。作为防腐性镀层材料,Zn-Al合金镀层可以替代镉镀层、锌-镍以及锌-钴等合金镀层。
Based on present status of research on anti40-corrosion electroplating with zinc or zinc alloy,The co-deposition of zinc and aluminum is reached by means of adding special complex agent into basic solution.The analysis and testing shows the aluminum content in Zn-Al alloy coating is 0169~0438%(Wt).The corrosion resistance of Zn-Al alloy coating in NaCl solution and artificial sea-water is 3~4 times of that of pure zinc coating.As an anticorrosive coating material,Zn-Al alloy coating can be used as the substitute material for coatings made from Cd,Zn-Ni alloy or Zn-Co alloy.
