Some Considerations on the Construction of Encouragement and Restraint Mechanism for Managers of Listed Company

从激励约束机制内函、相互关联和对企业的重要性出发,在着重分析了我国上市公司激励约束机制普遍存在的问题和原因的基础上,针对性提出了构建完善的上市公司激励约束机制的措施。

Based on the analysis of commonly existed problems and their causes,as well as the essence,interrelation and importance of encougement and restraint mechanism in domestic listed Companies,the measures for construction and improvement of this mechanism is suggested.
