摘要
研究了磁粉粒度调整及造粒工艺对MQ -J磁粉松装密度和流动性及粘结磁体性能的影响。磁粉粒度调整可提高磁粉的松装密度和流动性 ;一定量的专用造粒剂可显著提高磁粉的松装密度和流动性及粘结磁体的性能 ,最佳含量为 0 30 % (质量 )。
The effect of particle size adjustement and agregating on the bulk density and flow rate of MQ-J powder and properties of the bonded magnets is investigated.The results indicate that particle size adjustment can improve the bulk density and flow rate of magnetic powder.A certain amount of aggregating agent can remarkably improve the bulk density and flow rate of magnetic powder and the properties of bonded magnets.The appropriate content of the aggregating agent is 0.30wt%.
