摘要 报道了激光二极管泵浦的低阈值自调Q 946nmNd3 + ,Cr4 + ∶YAG微片激光器的实验研究。激光器实现稳定的单频、基横模和偏振输出 ,输出斜率效率达到 2 2 %。 946nm激光直接腔外倍频得到 473nm蓝光输出 ,光 光倍频转换效率达到 15 %。 A stable low-threshold self-Q-switched diode-pumped 946nm Nd 3+,Cr 4+∶YAG microchip laser operating in single frequency and fundamental transversal mode is presented in this paper. The output slope efficiency of 22% is achieved. Combining the microchip and an external frequency doubler,473nm blue laser emission is achieved with an optical conversion efficiency of 15%.
