The authors introduced the key equipments and their advantages of a pipe coating line with heating spraying and drying functions. This coating line makes use of the heat from the heat treatmemt furnace and an additional heating device to heat and dry the pipe before and after spraying operation and increase the adhere strength between pipe and coating layer and avoid the damadge when the pipe is rolling. This coating line which has the advantages of smooth operation, easy operating, coating saving, coating quality fine and energy saving is the advance coating line in China pipe industry.
