摘要 酶制剂作为一种高效饲料添加剂 ,已日益为人们所重视。现代配合饲料加工工艺趋于颗粒化 ,使酶制剂有可能参与饲料热加工过程 ,而酶作为一种生物蛋白对诸多环境因素 ,如温度、水分、压力等条件敏感 ,因此必须考虑饲料加工工艺对酶制剂活性的影响。结合现行的饲料加工工艺及部分试验的结果 ,就饲料加工工艺对酶制剂活性的影响进行分析。 As a highly effective feed additive, zymin is drawing more and more attention of the people. The pelletization of feed manufacturing technology enable zymin to be involved in the heat treatment process of feedstuffs, however, due to their biotic nature, enzymes are very sensitive to environmental factors such as temperature, water content, pressure etc., so the effects of feed manufacturing process on the activity of zymin must be taken into consideration. This paper analyzes this problem on the basis of the current feed manufacturing technology and part of the experiment results.
