摘要
对目前电力系统二次回路存在的问题和产生的事故进行了分析,并结合反事故措施,对二次回路改造进行了研究,提出了改造方案.同时对改造过程中可能发生的事情进行了预测和分析,指出如何利用设计、反措、检验等方法做好二次回路改造工作,力求避免不正常事故发生,确保电力系统正常运行.
Through the analysis of the problems and accidents of the secondary circuit transformation in the present power system, antibugging measures are used and some solutions are proposed. Meanwhile the possible accidents in the course of the secondary circuit transformation are forecasted and corresponding design, antibugging measures and test are presented to carry out the secordary circuit transformation so as to avoid abnormal accidents, thus the normal work of the power system is guaranteed.
