摘要
基于对80名海南民族地区初中英语教师的22题项问卷调查和访谈,探索其教学负动机的生成原因,以期为民族地区初中英语教师反审自身教学提供实证借鉴,为减少或克服教学负动机提供建议与对策,旨在激发其教学对象的学习动机,提升海南民族地区基础教育质量。
This paper takes 80 English teachers in ethnic areas as participants,based on the interviews and questionnaire with 22 items,and explores the causes of teaching de- motivation. It's hoped that middle school teachers in Hainan ethnic areas could get the teaching references and teaching de- motivation could be eliminated in order to arouse students' learning motivation and enhance the quality of basic education.
