Moral Construction in Rural Areas under the Rural Revitalization in the New Era

"乡风"作为中国农村伦理道德和文化发展的一个缩影,乡风文明与否影响着乡村治理的效果。在乡村治理现代化和乡村振兴号召下,乡风文明在家庭、经济、生态以及治理方面面临一系列道德失序危机,这给乡村振兴带来挑战。在乡村振兴背景下探讨乡村治理出现道德失序现象的根源,并从创新治理途径、加强社会主义核心价值观认同以及发展农村经济三方面对乡村治理作出展望,可以为新时期有效治理乡村和实现乡村社会和谐美丽建设提供借鉴。

As a microcosm of Chinese rural ethics and cultural development,the civilization of rural customs influences the effect of rural governance. Under the call of modernization of rural governance and rural revitalization,rural civilization faces a series of moral disorder crises in family,economy,ecology,and governance,which brings challenges to rural revitalization. In the context of rural revitalization,this paper discusses the root causes of moral disorder in rural governance,and looks forward to rural governance from the perspectives of innovating governance approaches,strengthening the identification of socialism core values,and developing rural economy,so as to provide reference for effective rural governance and the construction of harmonious and beautiful rural society in the new era.
