大学生参与高校管理的现状及策略探析

Current Situation and Stretegies of Student's Participation in Universtity Management

随着高校管理体制改革的不断深入,学生参与管理成为一个越来越无法回避的现实课题;而新媒体的蓬勃发展,更为学生参与高校管理提供了多样化途径,也使传统的管理方式面临挑战。新媒体环境下,高校学生对参与高校管理有很高欲求,但目前现状存在诸多问题,需要对新媒体环境下学生参与高校管理的路径进行突破性研究。

With the deepening of the reform of university management system in China,student’s participation in university management has become an unavoidable reality. At the same time,with the development of new media,a variety of ways for students to participate in university management are provided,however,traditional management methods are forced to face severe challenges. Students have great enthusiasm in the participation of university management in the new media environment while there are problems currently. On this basis,it needs a breakthrough research on the ways of student’s participation.
