摘要
为研究闪速加热条件下生物质的热解挥发特性,设计了等离子体加热高温层流炉作为实验设备.由于该设备内部的流动特性对于实验结果影响巨大,必需获得精细的结果.因此特别设计了一套1∶1比例的透明有机玻璃冷态模拟装置,用于观察层流炉的流动状态,为热态实验参数设计提供实践指导.
In order to study the devolatilizati on characteristics of biomass at fla sh heating rate,a laminar furnace was designed and built in our lab.The flow pattern in this furnace affects the study results extreme-ly.It is necessary to construct a cold flow test apparatus to make detail s earch of the flow in the furnace.The size of cold flow test apparatus i s similar to the laminar furnace.The study results will be very useful in conduction of biomass devolatiliza tion characteristics tests.
