氯化钾对高温条件下肉仔鸡钾、钠代谢的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Potassium Chloride on Potassium and Sodium Metabolism in Broilers Under Heat Stress

摘要 选28日龄艾维菌(AVIAV)肉仔鸡120只,随机分为4组,1组饮自来水(对照组),2、3、4组分别饮添加0.18%、0.26%、0.34%氯化钾(KCl)的水(试验组).舍温控制在34±1℃,试验期四周,测定KCl对高温条件下肉仔鸡钾、钠代谢的影响.结果表明:饮水中添加KCl,肉仔鸡血清K+浓度高于对照组,但差异不显著,血清Na+前两周3、4组显著低于1组,以后趋于一致;K+的排泄量随食入量的增加而增高,Na+的排泄量后三周3、4组高于对照组;K+、Na+存留量各组间无显著差异. One hundred and twenty 24-day-old healthy AVIAN broilers were divided ra ndomly into four groups.Group I,which was the contro l drinking tap water and groupsⅡ,Ⅲ,Ⅳdrink tap water supple-mented with 0.18%,0.26%,and 0.34%p otassium chloride(KCl ),respectively.The experiment lasted 4weeks.All the broilers were raised i n the same environmental chamber in w hich the temperature was main-tained at 34±1℃.The results show that the serum possium of the broilers in the experimental groups is higher than that of group I.Plasma so dium of the broilers of groupⅢandⅣis lower than that of group I (P<0.05)at the age of 28-42days.Potassium excretion of the broilers in all groups increases with the in-take of potassium.Sodium excretion of the broilers of groupⅢandⅣis higher than that of group I (P<0.05or P<0.01)from 35to 56days.
