摘要
根据侧式悬臂混匀堆料机人字形堆料工艺的原理,分析了堆料层数和行走速度与混匀比的关系,提出满足n≥400及"混匀料堆每层每米长度的布料量(即单位长层吨)相等"这两个条件才能取得有效的均化效果。在工程实践中推荐了层数和实际速度的最佳实际解。
According to the principle of herringbone stacking technique of lateral cantilever mixing stacker , the paper analyzes the relationship between the stacking layers , traveling speed and the mixing rate , and proposes that the good hom-ogenization effect can be obtained only when n≥400 and“material amount per meter per layer of homogenization stockpile ( tons per unit length per layer ) is equal” .The optimal solution of number of layers and actual speed is recommended for the engineering practice.
