摘要
在桥式起重机的工作过程中,吊重载荷是通过小车机构作用在主梁上。在Ansys软件中对桥式起重机静力分析过程中的小车机构进行了3种不同方式的简化,分析了3种不同加载方式对桥式起重机主梁应力分布的影响,发现利用MPC技术建立接触单元比较适合桥式起重机主梁小车机构的简化。
When the bridge crane is in operation , the hanging load is applied to the girder of bridge crane through trolley mechanism.In Ansys, the trolley mechanism is simplified in three different ways during static analysis of the bridge crane, with analysis for effect of three loaded modes on the stress distribution of the girder.It's found that building the con-tact unit by MPC technology is more applicable to simplify the trolley mechanism.
