手选带式输送机常用于地面洗煤厂煤楼,传统手选带式输送机结构简单、输送距离短,已不适应现代化生产的需求。文中根据现场具体情况和特殊的地理位置,介绍了多坡段、长运距的手选带式输送机的卸载装置、传动装置、驱动装置、张紧装置、机身等部件的合理化设计方案。
The hand-picking belt conveyor is widely used in the coal-cleaning house of the ground coal-cleaning plant.The traditional hand-picking belt conveyor is of simple structure and short conveying distance,failing to meet the demand of modern production. Based on the specific site situation and geographic position,the paper introduces the proper design scheme for the unloading device,gearing device,driving device,tensioning device,and machine body of the multi-slope long-distance hand-picking belt conveyor.
