翻车机液压系统工艺优化及节能技术

摘要 通过研究翻车机机载液压站的动作工艺特性,以及低频运行待机和停泵待机的能效区别,在充分考虑翻车机运行时安全联锁的基础上,对其运行工艺进行优化,给出了优化的工艺流程图,编辑了相关的工艺程序、安全联锁程序和故障诊断程序,并用变频技术缓冲频繁启动时对电机和泵的冲击,减少水锤效应对泵的损害,同时降低了电机直接启动时的高能耗,既保护了设备,又达到节能目的,分析给出了节能指标。 Through study on the process characteristics of the onboard hydraulic station of the tippler,and differences of energy efficiency between the idling at low frequency and standby by stopping pumping,the running process is optimized based on full consideration of safety linkage with the tippler in operation,in order to get the optimized process flowchart and edit related process programs,safety linkage programs,and fault diagnosis programs. The frequency conversion technology is used to buffer the impact to the motor and bump in case of frequent startup,decrease any damage to the bump by the water hammer effect,and reduce high energy consumption of the motor arising from direct startup,hence to protect the equipment,and realize the energy-saving goal. And the energy-saving index is given in the paper.
