摘要
针对现有起重机吊钩钢丝绳断绳时没有断绳防坠落措施存在重大安全隐患的问题,阐述研究起重机吊钩钢丝绳断绳防坠落机构的必要性。提出将传统吊钩滑轮轴由固定安装改为可沿纵向上下移动的安装方式,将失速的钢丝绳制停在楔块套内,使坠落的吊钩和重物制停在空中的解决方案,最大限度减少吊钩钢丝绳因断绳引起的重物坠落事故的发生。
In view of serious safety hazards that the crane hook rope is broken without anti-falling measures,the paper describes the necessity of designing the rope-breaking anti-falling mechanism. The paper puts forward that the hook sliding shaft is installed in a way of flexibly moving up and down instead of traditional fixed installation in order to keep the stalled steel rope in the wedge cover so that the fallen hook and objects are stayed in the air,which can minimize the occurrence of object-falling accidents caused by steel rope breaking.
