摘要
在第一步合成中,分别用硬脂酸、油酸和月桂酸与二乙醇胺酯化,然后再与马来酸酐反应,最后磺化得到不同碳链长度和不同饱和度的α -磺基琥珀酸单 -2-[2-(烷基酰氧基)乙基氨基]乙酸钠盐.通过性能测定证实,它们具有阴离子表面活性剂的去污性能、阳离子的抗静电性和对织物的柔软性能.另外,研究了结构和性能的关系,并测试了它们的表面张力和浓度的关系,确定了产物的临界胶束浓度.为此类表面活性剂的应用提供了依据.
Diethanolamine reacted with stearic acid,oleic acid and lauric acid respectively through esterification.Then,the resultant product reacted with maleic anhydride,followed by sulfonation.Thus obtainedα-sulfosuccinate mono2-[2-(alkylcyloxo)ethyl amino] acetate sodium.The test results shows that this novel amphotertic surfactant has not only the soil releasing power of the anionic surfactant,but also the anti-static property and softening effect of the cationic surfactant.The relationship between the structure and property,between surface tension and concentraˉtion were examined.The critical micelle concentration of this product was determined,providing a basis for the appliˉcation of this kind of surfactant.
