摘要
对灰羽绒进行了脱色漂白研究,用氧化剂比还原剂漂白处理织物的手感、蓬松度好,且用还原剂处理纤维强力受损,还会引起泛黄,失去弹性,本实验选用H2O2 漂白.经正交试验得出灰羽绒变成白绒的最佳生产工艺:在25℃时,用5.0~7.5mol/LH2O2 ,在 pH=9的介质中,反应5h,灰羽绒的脱色漂白效果最佳.
The article makes a research on decolourisation and bleaching of grey down.The hand feeling and loftiness of the fabric bleached by oxidant are better than those by reducing bleach.Furthermore,reducing bleach lowers the strength of the fiber,imparts a yellowness to the fabric,and damages the elasticity of it.This study uses hydrogen peroxide bleaching and through orthogonal experiment the optimal treatment process for grey down is deterˉmined:pH=9,5.0~7.5mol/L H 2 O 2 ,at25℃,reacting for5hours.
