摘要
在对宁夏平罗县发展生态农业的优势条件及限制因素分析的基础上,提出了该县生态农业的发展战略,并重点论述了发展生态农业的具体实施方略:进行生态农业基础工程建设,因地制宜分区配置生态农业经济模式,搞活土地流转机制,推广“公司+协会+农户”的经营管理模式,适度发展生态观光农业,健全农村科技推广体系,建立多元化的投资机制。
On the basis of the analysis of both favourable and restrained factors of developing ecological agriculture in Pingluo county of Ningxia, its development strategy is put forward and the concrete programme is stressed, such as carry on the construction of infrastructure, adopt agriculture economic model in line with local conditions, enliven the land transfer mechanism, popularize the model of ' company + association + peasant household' , expand ecological sightseeing agriculture, make the system of the popularization of rural science and technology perfect, set up varied ways of investment, etc.
