摘要
介绍了基于PC/104总线和以交流伺服电机为动力源的高精度船用航迹绘图仪传动系统.该系统使用位置控制式交流伺服电机驱动,传动机构采用精密滚珠丝杠、双侧齿轮啮合、同步齿形带等部件,提高了航迹绘图仪的运动精度,具有自锁和半闭环控制的性能.
This paper introduced BUS based on PC/104 and the transmission system of tracer with high precision based on AC servomotor as power source.The driver of the system is an AC servomotor with location control.The transmission mechanism adopts precision ball screw,twosided gear mesh,synchronous belt and some others.From above the motion precision of the tracer is enhanced,and the function of selflock and halfclosed loop controlling is obtained.
