广西高校艺术教育国际化的发展策略研究——以广西艺术学院为例

Development Strategy of Internationalization of Art Education in Guangxi Colleges and Universities——Take Guangxi Arts University as an example

教育国际化是一所高校发展为国际性院校的必由之路,是全球化时代下高等教育发展的必经阶段。在"一带一路"倡议、"双一流"建设等力量的共同驱动下,我国高校艺术教育国际化迎来了良好的发展机遇,保持着蓬勃的发展势头。广西艺术学院提出的广西高校艺术教育国际化发展策略,紧密围绕"三大定位",紧抓"民族"特色,加强与发达国家文化艺术教育交流;发挥"东盟"优势,面向东盟推进高等院校国际化办学进程,构建全方位高等艺术教育开放合作新格局,对推动艺术教育国际化的快速发展有借鉴作用。

The internationalization of education is the only way for a university to develop into an international university,and also a necessary stage for the development of higher education in the era of globalization.Under the joint drive of the 'Belt and Road' initiative and the 'double-first' construction,the internationalization of art education in China’s colleges and universities has ushered in a good development opportunity and maintained a vigorous development momentum.Guangxi Arts University is the representative and microcosm of art education in Guangxi colleges and universities.The development strategy of the international development of the art education in Guangxi,proposed by Guangxi Arts University,can be used for reference to promote the rapid development of the internationalization of art education.The art education of Guangxi colleges and universities closely revolves around the 'three major positioning',clings to the national characteristics,strengthens the cultural and artistic education exchange with the developed countries;gives full play to the advantage of 'ASEAN' characteristics,pushes forward the process of running colleges and universities internationally,and constructs an all-around new pattern of opening and cooperation in higher art education.
