摘要
苯甲醛是工业生产中重要的有机物,在工业生产和实验中主要通过甲苯液相氧化制备苯甲醛。近几年国内外甲苯通过Fe基、V基和Cu基等金属催化剂制备苯甲醛,V基双金属催化剂为当今和未来甲苯氧化制备苯甲醛所用催化剂研究的重点,催化剂的发展可以利用分子筛孔道特殊作用将活性高的金属粒子包裹从而提高苯甲醛的选择性。
Benzaldehyde is an important organic substance in industrial production.In industrial production and experiments,benzaldehyde is mainly prepared by liquid phase oxidation of toluene.In this study,recent progresses in benzaldehyde preparation by metal catalysts such as iron-based,vanadium-based and copper-based catalysts in China and in foreign countries were reviewed.It is pointed out that the present and future focus of research on catalysts for the preparation of benzaldehyde by toluene oxidation should be vanadium-based bimetallic catalysts,and that catalyst development should utilize the special action of molecular sieve pores to encapsulate highly active metal particles so as to improve the selectivity of benzaldehyde.
