基于水分管理的稻田养分流失潜力及其内在驱动机理研究

摘要 采用单排单灌水分管理技术,对3(H_3)、6(H_6)和9(H_9)cm等3个蓄水深度的稻田进行了施用固体复合肥(F_1)、液体复合肥(F_2)、单质混合肥(F_3)的二因素三水平的试验,结果表明:除H_3F_3、H_6F_2和H_9F_2处理小区外,其他处理小区中TN的相对流失潜力与其优势菌群盐单胞菌属相对丰度呈显著负相关(p<0.05);土壤微生物优势菌群未发现有良好溶磷效果的溶磷菌。滞水至第3 d后排水,田面水中TN相对流失含量F_3<F_2<F_1,其原因是相比F_2和F_1,F_3较易被盐单胞菌属利用。 In this study,by adopting a single row of single sub-irrigation management technology,a two-factor and three-level tests of single-fertilizer were conducted by using solid compound fertilizer(F1),liquid compound fertilizer(F2) and single factor mixed fertilizer(F3) in three paddy fields with water-storage depth of 3(H3),6(H6) and 9(H9) cm.The results showed that:(1) the relative loss potential of TN was significantly negatively correlated with the relative abundance of Halomonas in treatment combinations(p < 0.05) except for H3F3,H6F2 and H9F2.(2) Phosphorus solubilizing bacteria with good phosphorus solubilization effect were not found in the dominant microbial flora of soil.It can be concluded that the relative loss of TN in the surface water was F3<F2<F1 after the water was drained to the third day,because the F3 was more easily utilized by Halomonas than the F2 and F1.
