网络教育资源共建共享问题及对策研究——基于MOOC视角

A Research on Construction and Sharing of Network Education Resources——from the Perspective of MOOC

随着信息化的深入发展,网络教育资源形式更加多样化。MOOC作为网络教育资源的主要形式之一,为丰富网络教育资源库,促进信息化教学改革、开展混合式教学等提供了契机。对当前国内比较大型的12家中文MOOC平台建设情况及近年来安徽省高等学校教学质量与教学改革工程资源建设类项目立项情况进行了梳理,以了解当前MOOC平台及其资源建设现状,从中发现了资源建设过程中存在的一些问题,如资源重复建设、利用率低和没有统一的标准规范等,为此,应形成以政府为主导高校为主体企业共同参予的MOOC共建体制,并形成共享机制、共享模式。

With the development of informatization,network education resources are becoming more diversified. As one of major network education resources,MOOC provides an opportunity to enrich network education resources,to promote the reform of informatization teaching and to carry out hybrid teaching model. In this study,the construction situation 12 MOOC platforms in China and the courses of resource construction in Anhui province in recent years were analyzed,so as to have a better understanding of the current situation of MOOC platform construction and its resources. Some problems have been found in the process of resources construction,such as redundant construction,low utilization rate of resources and there is no unified standard,etc. Reasons were analyzed and countermeasures and suggestions of network education resource sharing are put forward.
