High Temperature Failure-based Vehicle Detection Method for Automatic Transmission Proportional Solenoid Valve

摘要 自动变速器由于高温而产生失效的故障,其主要驱动执行元件比例电磁阀占了很大部分.流经电磁阀线圈的电流是影响比例电磁阀电磁力的主要参数,因此,可采用就车检测比例电磁阀在不同油液温度下的电流方法,判断电磁阀是否高温失效.并通过制作脉冲信号发生器和液压实验回路,测试正常温度和高温下电磁阀的电流和压力值,验证了就车电流检测方法的可靠性. The failure of automatic transmission due to high temperature mainly occupies a large proportion of the drive actuator proportional solenoid valve.The current flowing through the solenoid valve coil is the main parameter affecting the electromagnetic force of the proportional solenoid valve.The current method of detecting the proportional solenoid valve at different oil temperature was used to determine whether the solenoid valve was high temperature failure.A pulse signal generator and a hydraulic test circuit were fabricated to test the current and pressure values of the solenoid valve at normal temperature and high temperature.The study verifies the reliability of the on-board current detection method.
