福建省推动民营企业参与邮轮产业链建设的思考

About the Promoting of Private Enterprises to Participate in the Construction of Cruise Industry Chain in Fujian

以厦门和福州为双中心的福建省邮轮旅游业快速发展,急需激励民营企业等更多主体参与建设并完善邮轮产业链,以改变福建邮轮产业链不对称、产业关联性差、高附加值产业缺失等现状.文章通过搜集国内外文献和邮轮产业相关数据,分析民营企业参与福建邮轮产业链建设现状,探讨其面临的机遇与挑战,提出福建省推进民营企业参与邮轮产业链建设的对策建议.即福建省的相关政府部门、行业协会或产业组织可借助平台构建、产业规划及法规政策制定等方面激励民营企业,促使其以提升邮轮服务水平为核心,结合邮轮全产业链建设不同环节的需求,重点突破维护保养、补给采购、信息服务、集疏通关、船供物流等产业链建设的关键环节.

The cruise industry in Fujian has developed rapidly with dual center development in Xiamen and Fuzhou.It is necessary to encourage private enterprises and other entities to participate in constructing to improve Fujian cruise industry chain,which can help change the status quo of asymmetry development,poor industrial relevance and lack of high value-added industries.By reviewing domestic and foreign literature and the relevant data of the cruise industry,this paper analyzes the status quo of private enterprises participating in the construction of Fujian cruise industry chain,discusses the opportunities and challenges they face,and proposes countermeasures for promoting their participation in the chain.In other words,the government,industry associations or industrial organizations of Fujian can encourage private enterprises through platform constructing,industrial planning and regulation and policy formulating.Then the private enterprises can focus on improving the level of Fujian cruise service,assort with the needs of different links in the construction of the cruise whole industry chain,surmount on key construction links such as the replenishment procurement,information service,collection and customs clearance.
