新时期我国民营经济的角色定位、现实困境与发展路径

A Research on the Role Orientation, Dilemma and Path Selection of China's Private Economy in the New Era

民营经济是推动我国经济社会发展的重要力量,在稳定增长、促进创新、增加就业、改善民生等方面发挥了重要作用。目前,在国内外经济形势不断变化的新时期,我国民营经济陷入了改革开放以来前所未有的困境,同时也面临着巨大的发展机遇。文章在梳理新时期发展特点的基础上,阐述了民营经济的角色定位,并从成本变动、融资情况、市场秩序、对宏观环境的准备等方面,对新时期民营经济所遇到的困境进行了全面剖析,并提出对策建议。

Private economy is an important force to promote China’s economic and social development.It has played an important role in stabilizing growth,promoting innovation,increasing employment and improving people’s livelihood.At present,in the new era of changing economic situation in domestic and abroad,China’s private economy is falling into an unprecedented predicament since the reform and opening up,and is also facing the tremendous opportunities for its development.On the basis of combing the characteristics of the development in the new period,this paper expounds the role orientation of the private economy,and makes a comprehensive analysis of the difficulties encountered by the private economy in the new period from the aspects of cost changes,financing situation,market order and preparation for the macro environment,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
